Focus Financial Partners is looking for a Data Integration Architect to design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and high availability across systems. You’ll develop best practices for ETL/ELT processes, optimize data pipelines, and enforce data governance frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will troubleshoot platform issues, ensure data quality and compliance, and help build scalable, secure data architectures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and high availability across various transactional systems and data platforms.
- Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies
- Design scalable, secure data systems, focusing on integration, optimization, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to understand complex data integration requirements and translate these into scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions.
- Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and accessibility by implementing robust data governance and quality frameworks.
- Work experience with complex data warehouses and data lakes, with familiarity in Snowflake and SQL Server being a plus.
- Work closely with data engineers and data analysts to create efficient, scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Document comprehensive system designs, processes, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a robust, well-documented data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $175,000-$200,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
