Summary:

We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about using data to help the legal team and business stakeholders make informed decisions. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the legal team's decision-making and go-to-market insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques, as well as expertise and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, collect and clean data from various sources, including Salesforce, legal databases, and internal systems

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform legal strategies and decisions

  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to the legal team

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve legal processes and workflows

  • Collaborate with the legal team to understand their needs and requirements

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques

  • Communicate data analysis findings and insights effectively to the legal team and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a legal setting

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau dashboards

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
