Riveron is looking for Senior Solution Architects to focus on the OneStream platform within our Technology Enablement practice. The Senior Solution Architects will work side-by-side with our PMO and project team members to deliver client solutions utilizing the OneStream platform and MarketPlace solutions. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in OneStream practice development.

As a Team Member, You Will:

  • Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop efficient and high quality OneStream solutions
  • Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy
  • Lead and conduct all aspects of our CPM Implementation methodologies
  • Apply leading practices to solution design and build to adhere to client requirements
  • Configure the OneStream platform to develop and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
  • Work with OneStream team to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific OneStream functionality/design
  • Mentor and educate client personnel and consulting team members
  • Participate in pre-sales and sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level effort with sales team members and assist with proposal development, where necessary
  • Assist with practice development activities

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Deep understanding of core financial statements and reporting dimensionality
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, consolidation, FP&A, and accounting processes and procedures
  • Deep technical and functional experience implementing the OneStream platform
  • In depth understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams throughout the implementation of the solution according to the platform design
  • Ability to identify client/project risks and offer a broad range of advisory interaction beyond the core OneStream scope for the current phase
  • Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing
  • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition
  • Experience leading customer workshop, requirement, and design sessions
  • Broad knowledge and solutioning of the OneStream MarketPlace solutions
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
  • OneStream certification a plus
