1. Global Professional Services Intern
About the Internship:
This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) and Client Engagement Specialists, assisting with research, data analysis, and reporting to support Vertex Consulting Practices. The selected intern will help develop management reports, standardize documentation, and coordinate data and feedback from consulting teams. This role is ideal for students who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with testing new reports generated from Workday, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Support data cleanup efforts in Salesforce by coordinating with Practice Leaders and Client Engagement Specialists
- Review dashboard data and conduct research on industry benchmarks for consulting organizations
- Help document and standardize processes related to reporting and data management
What We’re Looking For
- Enrolled as a Junior or Senior undergraduate student, pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and professional individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in business development and sales
- A highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Eager to learn and adapt to new software systems (training provided)
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
