The ideal candidate has exceptional work endurance, embraces working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, and is looking for an opportunity to work directly with the biggest brands across Fortune 500 and Web3. We’re remote-first, hire all across the US, and regularly host in-person social events!
We’re looking for evidence of outstanding ability and hustle. Specifically, it helps to have:

3+ years of CSM or AM SaaS experience, with a strong preference for legal or cybersecurity.

Ability to understand and speak the language of sophisticated customers operating in legal or cybersecurity.

Passion for building strong relationships with customers.

Willingness to be scrappy and assist with customer success and/or sales operations; e.g. setting up and monitoring customer trials, staying on top of on our various customer communication channels (Slack, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
