THE OPPORTUNITY

The Customer Success Enablement Lead will provide our Customer Success Team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the customer success, product and technical leadership teams as well as the broader enablement team, the technical enablement lead will develop and execute impactful programs for up-leveling the technical and non-technical skills of the pre-sales teams. A successful technical enablement lead will scale and improve programs as well as support new programs from conception to adoption. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with pre-sales, channel, product and technical leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
  • Determine pre-sales enablement priorities with pre-sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with channel, pre-sales reps and leaders 
  • Serve as a liaison between pre-sales and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for pre-sales 
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with pre-sales teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on overall enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Contribute to general GTM strategy and planning



Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, pre-sales, channel, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise pre-sales, including developing sales content, tools and training from ground up
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems, ideally in an Enterprise first selling motion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in an unstructured, high growth and fast paced environment

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
