Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Spokane Valley
Full-Time | Hourly + Commission + Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10AM-7PM 

This isn't your typical overworked, underappreciated job. We're a high-energy, results-driven team, and we work with you to help you succeed. If you're coachable and eager to give 200%, we will train you to excel. Prior call center experience? Great! But it’s not a must.
What You'll Do:

  • Handle 200+ calls daily, managing both inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Work with cutting-edge CRM technology (experience is a plus).
  • Sit/Stand desk setup for maximum comfort (with personal locking cabinet).
  • Occasionally oversee our showroom.
  • Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons, including home shows.

  • High school diploma or GED.
