Job purpose
The Customer Marketing Supervisor - Retail (Caribbean) will play a crucial role in driving the execution of retail customer marketing strategies across the Caribbean region. This position will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of customer-centric marketing programs, ensuring they align with company objectives while fostering strong partnerships with key retail clients & distributors, alongside the Key Account Managers. The supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing in-store marketing initiatives and ensuring the overall success of customer marketing campaigns in the region.
Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of tailored marketing strategies and initiatives for retail customers across the Caribbean.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • Analyze sell-out data, regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine marketing tactics and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Help build strategic relationships with our Distributors and Retailer accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage in-store promotions, product launches, and events tailored to the Caribbean market.
  • Track the effectiveness of retail marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Use customer insights provided by Regional Brand Marketing & Consumer Insights Manager to adjust strategies, improve performance, and support long-term business goals.
  • Manage and track budgets for customer marketing programs in the region.
  • Work closely with the brand, sales, and innovation teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product offerings and retail objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing or customer-marketing positions in FMCG Industry.
  • Experience working with Distributors and Sales Force.
  • Experience working with promotional agencies, advertising agencies and vendors.
  • Strong technical, analytical and systems skills; (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
  • Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English verbal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Passionate about customer-centric marketing and retail excellence
  • Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to present materials to senior/executive level people (internal and external)
  • Proficient in presentation creation and development
  • Self-starter, proactive and independent thinker
  • Interpersonal savvy, resilient, manages ambiguity, situational adaptability and drives results.
