The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Finexio’s customer marketing strategy to drive partner activation with existing channels and end users with customer education, case studies, and highlighting company wins. You will be responsible for growing Finexio’s revenue and partner channel revenue using demand generation, product marketing materials, and training materials for partners. You will consistently run and evaluate marketing campaigns and webinars on our products and services to promote more leads and opportunities. 

You will create and manage marketing activities, content, and events to support our partners and also our partner sales organizations. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager will work closely with key partner stakeholders to ensure Finexio is providing the best support possible to help our partners grow, meet customer demand, and sell and win business together with Finexio.

Our Marketing team’s mission is to lead go-to-market for our suite of products and to create and execute campaigns to drive business growth and increase customer revenue. The Customer Marketing Manager  is a highly cross-functional role at Finexio, partnering closely with Account Management, Sales, and Product to guide customer messaging appropriately.

  • Passionate about Payments. You are keen to learn about how payments processes work at Finexio and are able to market technical concepts in ways that customers will understand

You Will: 

  • Build, manage, and deliver collateral such as emails, videos, content (case studies and company wins), webinars, educational campaigns and events that are consistent with the company brand and designed to grow revenue with channel sales partners
  • Partner with Accounts Management to build material and content to execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive partner activation with existing channels and end users.
  • Build and maintain an ongoing presence with our customers that ignites excitement in building new revenue streams together
  • Create customer-specific content and provide thought leadership, enabling marketing counterparts at partner organizations
  • Measure program impact, report on goals, KPIs, evaluate campaign ROI, to improve consistency and ensure growth
  • Take ownership, and enthusiastically represent Finexio and our solution to the channel marketplace
  • Travel as needed to provide support for events, and/or strategic meetings
  • Deeply understand how to build and execute consistent marketing activities needed to reach different customer segments: talk regularly to users and prospects
  •  Work with our Analytics team for qualitative and quantitative insights that inform your work (content, messaging, positioning, etc.)
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel, Looker, PowerBI etc.) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
  • Advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert for product offerings, features, and events  
  • Develop marketing positioning through user research and industry insights
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product managers, sales, accounts managers, and engineering—to develop marketing material and content that supports Finexio’s go-to-market strategy
  • Consult with the Product and Accounts Management teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
  • Plan, develop, and execute compelling customer acquisition or engagement programs.
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive under ambiguous and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing growing partner relationships and B2B marketing activities
  • A track record of successfully managing B2B partner marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales enablement content supporting partner sales
  • Experience running digital events, webinars, etc. with clear goals and results
  • Experience combining company value propositions to acquire new channel partners as well as support partner’s own sales efforts
  • The ability and desire to excel in a remote working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on Marketing Automation and Salesforce experience
  • Experience building partnerships in the financial industry (FinTech, banks, Accounting etc.) as a plus
  • 5+ years of customer marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing role building and delivering marketing material in the form of emails, videos, content, webinars, educational campaigns, events, and presentations to customers that is cohesive to the company brand and drives revenue growth
  • Familiarity and knowledge spanning across marketing, product marketing, content marketing, working internally with product, accounts management,  sales, engineering, and operational roles)
  • Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product’s lifecycle, and in B2B settings
  • Experience in Payments is a plus but not required

Compensation - $105,000 - $145,000 Base Salary + Equity
