The Customer Enablement department improves and enhances the customer experience by implementing innovative, self-service customer education programs. This internship offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge instructional design projects that scale customer education in the cloud storage industry.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Enablement Content Intern, you will assist in the creation and optimization of engaging training materials and help manage cross-functional content initiatives. This includes writing, editing, designing, and publishing content that drives product adoption and enhances the user experience. You’ll be immersed in tools used for visual and video content creation, AI-powered media, project management, and eLearning development.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate-level student, or rising senior undergrad, with a passion for content strategy, instructional design, or customer experience.

General Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Optimization:
    Create or revise technical and training content for digital delivery (videos, graphics, documentation, eLearning) while adhering to Nasuni branding and UX standards.
  • Instructional Design:
    Apply adult learning principles (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE model) to create effective, scenario-based and performance-focused learning experiences.
  • Creative Tools & AI Integration:
    Leverage tools like Canva, Camtasia, Articulate, and AI platforms (e.g., Synthesia, ChatGPT, Descript) to generate and enhance multimedia content.
  • Project & Workflow Management:
    Track projects, assign tasks, monitor status updates, and drive content projects to completion using Agile workflows and Kanban boards (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with SMEs from Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure accuracy and alignment of training content with product updates and customer needs.
  • LMS & Analytics:
    Support the publishing and testing of content in LMS platforms. Learn to evaluate learner data and improve training based on engagement metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Graduate program (preferred), or a final-year undergraduate student.
  • Familiarity with business tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise writing is critical to this role.
  • Experience working on content-focused projects (academic or professional) that require research, writing, and editing.
  • Basic understanding of or interest in instructional design, customer education, or UX writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with internal teams and subject matter experts.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with creative tools such as:
    • Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
    • Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate
    • Figma or Sketch for UI/UX prototyping
  • Familiarity with AI tools like:
    • ChatGPT, Synthesia, Descript, Pictory, Murf.ai, Runway ML for content generation and editing.
  • Basic video editing or screencasting experience.
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Litmos, LearnUpon) and interpreting training engagement analytics.
  • Experience or coursework in one or more of the following:
    • Instructional Design
    • Educational Technology
    • Marketing or Communications
    • Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
    • UX/UI Design
  • Understanding of adult learning theory, microlearning, and scenario-based learning.
  • Prior experience managing projects using Agile or Kanban methods (e.g., Trello, Jira, Monday.com).

Or if you can work in Boston Seaport, we require 3 Days onsite, and in that case, you'd have exposure to the cross-functional teams; Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
