Description

eVisit is growing and expanding across healthcare with a significant focus on enterprise health systems. We're looking for a Creative Content Designer to elevate our brand, marketing, and digital presence. 

This role combines strategic content design, high-level conceptual thinking, and hands-on visual execution to bring complex ideas to life through stunning visual storytelling. This key role requires working closely with eVisit's executives, our customer success, sales, product, and marketing teams, and external agencies to amplify the achievements eVisit has delivered for our customers.

While experience in the virtual care and telehealth space is ideal, it is not required. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and is used to developing work under tight deadlines. They are also passionate about shaping and sharing the story of eVisit's impact on digital care transformation as we expand throughout the US healthcare market.


What You'll Work On

  • Develop and execute visually compelling designs that align with our brand messaging, user experience, and marketing strategy.
  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content (including decks, animations, videos, infographics, how-to guides, web graphics) and other digital and print assets.
  • Create polished event materials, email templates, and interactive content for sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with teams to create templates and frameworks for scalable design solutions.
  • Support executive leadership with high-impact presentations for external clients.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with product to amplify awareness of our core features to differentiate value for multiple stakeholders
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to enhance eVisit's positioning and messaging. Ensure eVisit has a clear and exciting narrative for key events and announcements while developing impactful messaging to specific stakeholders to achieve results
  • Deliver eVisits message across multiple platforms, shaping the tone and voice of our company and executive team's social media channels while highlighting eVisit's impact and expertise in health system digital front door, virtual care, and hospital-at-home initiatives 
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or visual storytelling (agency or in-house)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma), Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, branding, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience designing for web, social media, digital ads, presentations, and print assets.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with digital teams.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design (not required but plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong LinkedIn, social/digital storytelling, and content management/curation experience
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, creativity; and project management skills in a  fast-paced environment
