Job Summary: 

Clarus is seeking a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with veterinary corporate group partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and long-term success of their practices. You will act as the key liaison between corporate executives, regional managers, and individual veterinary practices, ensuring our product is successfully implemented and adopted at scale.

This role requires a strategic, data-driven individual with experience managing corporate veterinary group partnerships and working closely with sales, enablement, and support teams. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, working in a fast-paced startup environment, and contributing to the development of automation-driven onboarding and customer engagement.

Job Location: Remote - East Coast Preferred

Main Responsibilities:   

  • Own and manage relationships with veterinary corporate partners, regional managers, and executives.

  • Jointly develop and execute on Clarus go to market strategy

  • Work collaboratively with MGA’s to maximize partner opportunities and growth across North America.

  • Owns the partnership funnel and sales process from prospecting to implementation

  • Presents business cases for new partnerships to leadership

  • Drive practice adoption and engagement within corporate groups, scaling commitment and ensuring long-term partnership success.

  • Partner with MGA and other field teams to support corporate group practice sales, implementation, and onboarding.

  •  Works with MGA’s and other potential partners to reach, educate and convert into new opportunities

  • Oversee the onboarding and engagement of individual practices until full automation is in place.

  • Provide corporate-level reporting, performance reviews, and QBRs both internally and externally.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to optimize engagement strategies and partner success.

  • Manage customer feedback loops, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Utilize CRM and engagement tools to track performance, manage key touchpoints, and drive customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Veterinary corporate group experience (preferred: existing relationships with large groups).

  • Veterinary insurance industry experience or familiarity with veterinary insurance workflows and pain points.

  • Proven ability to manage corporate accounts and scale adoption across multi-location groups.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; experience delivering data-driven QBRs and engagement reports.

  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and CSAT/performance tracking experience.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to sales, enablement, and automation strategies.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and adapts quickly to evolving processes

  • Associate's degree or relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales, account management experience, and/or relevant work experience

Other: 

  • 25% travel required

  • Must have valid driver’s license from state of residency

  • Must have and maintain vehicle, Insurance on transportation used for travel.
