Contract Specialist/Procurement Analyst

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the procurement and management of property and facilities management related goods and services for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of a single client account to ensure the best value outcome with timely delivery and outstanding service. Direct activities to maintain technology; develop, negotiate and maintain supplier contracts, database and associated files. The individual must have real experience in facilities contract management and vendor onboarding. Including both supplier relationship management and internal relationship management skills to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Excellent data analysis skills, communication and will have an understanding of multiple business processes & systems along with the ability to quickly understand and become proficient with new ones.

Job Description

· Must be proficient in US & CAN contract development, contract standards, language, administration, tracking, and analysis, as well as communication of supplier performance and contract compliance

· Negotiate effectively, tactically, and strategically to conclude contracts, amendments and certificates of insurance which meet legal and client requirements.

· Monitor vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement when appropriate

· Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files

· Assist with conducting procurement in accordance with procurement policy and process to meet agreed objectives and deadlines whilst ensuring agreed guidelines are adhered to.

· Assist Sr. Procurement Manager & Sr. Procurement Analyst with coordination and analyzing RFP’s

· Maintain Master Contract Pricing Smartsheet

· Participate in and provide support for initiatives such as supplier onboarding, supplier business reviews, problem resolution, and customer support

· Aid procurement in special projects as directed

· Participate in preparation of contract pricing sheets

· Be proactive to meet customer expectations and Goals & Objectives

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum of 3+ years with contracting for property/facilities services industry

· Proven ability to support source-to-contract initiatives including driving negotiations

· Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint

· Proficient in Smartsheets, Sharepoint and Contract Databases

· Excellent phone, and email etiquette and organization skills

· Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven record of providing excellent customer service, both internal and external

· The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
