As a Contract Recruiting Coordinator at Carbon Robotics you will work alongside our Recruiting and Hiring Teams to support the growth of a fast paced environment. 

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews at all stages of the recruitment process to include virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Serve as the point of contact for onsite interviews to include managing lunches, loop adjustments or resources used during the interview.  
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a great candidate and interview experience.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment record in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including employments laws and data protection regulations
  • Assist with coordination of recruitment events and job fairs
  • Assist in publishing of job posts to job boards and social media
  • Provide support to the People team as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • 1-2 yrs of experience in coordinating recruiting activities
  • Proficient with Google Suite, ATS software (Greenhouse) and social networking for recruiting
  • Familiarity with recruiting practices, stages and best practices.
  • Work independently and as a part of a team in an evolving company
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and problem resolution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related experience

Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$25$35 USD
