Secure Code Warrior is looking for an experienced, highly organized Content & Marketing Coordinator, possessing quality writing skills, and the ability to support a high-performance, dedicated marketing team in a fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will be capable of utilizing their talents to coordinate and record project deliverables, tasks in flight, and general admin, while also playing a role in generating general-purpose content. This position will report to the Director of Comms and Content..You must be comfortable and confident liaising with the Marketing team, being involved in cross-functional projects across the business, working to support core company objectives, and keeping us honest. We’re looking for an effective, can-do person who is willing to learn and is adaptable to a tech scale-up environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, product materials, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance to the target audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Make updates as needed to the company's website, blog, and newsroom.
  • Support the Demand Gen team in adapting and enhancing existing content.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including creating email and paid advertising content.
  • Assist with public relations activities, such as calendar coordination and briefings.
  • Manage and update relevant Confluence pages.
  • Taking meeting notes and summarizing action items
  • Support the organization of industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Assist in creating event materials, such as presentations and handouts.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Journalism, Marketing, PR, English, Communications, or equivalent field experience.
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Team player who works with kindness and empathy.
  • Be deadline-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for supporting excellent, high-quality deliverables.
  • Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven with a can-do attitude.
