Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications. Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a SightMap Configuration Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to revise interactive maps to adhere to ever-changing physical space and customer needs, create custom product configurations, and perform routine product audits. This role is essential to ensuring Engrain's clients receive a standardized and visually appealing product. This role will be part of a small, 5-7 employee, collaborative team and work with other departments to achieve quick turnaround times, higher productivity, and efficient communication around process changes. This position will report directly to the SightMap Configuration Manager.
What you'll do...

  • Gain proficiency with using proprietary technology application programs
  • Configure details within Engrain's products to deliver a high quality end result
  • Revise products based on client feedback or possible malfunctions/errors
  • Efficiently route projects to other departments to ensure a quick turnaround time
  • Adhere to all established department key performance metrics
  • Reproduce rasterized artwork into a vector format using Adobe Illustrator
  • Modify file formats via scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning or eliminating defective imaging to generate quality and consistency of content production for a large volume of software projects
  • Represent information in Illustrator using various tools and drawing styles
  • Effectively communicate and understand production specifications and revisions to/from Project Managers and Support teams
  • Complete work correctly and efficiently to meet appropriate deadlines
  • Perform audits on client portfolios to ensure high quality assurance and adherence to current design standards
  • Craft and maintain internal documentation

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $23 - $25/hour. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
