The role

SoFi is seeking a Compensation Operations Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role is great for someone who loves data and process improvement. You will develop experience in compensation and data analysis while working on impactful projects. 

What you’ll do:

Data Analysis: 

  • Dive into data and build dynamic compensation models that provide insights and influence key decisions
  • Create compelling narratives using data for program outcome reviews and retrospectives

Data Management and Integrity:

  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of compensation-related data across platforms

Program Support and Development:

  • Identify and drive process and tool improvements for compensation programs
  • Coordinate work and track progress for key programs, making sure everything runs smoothly

Content Development:

  • Contribute to training materials and resources to ensure our program principles and approach are clear to key stakeholders

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, people operations, or data analysis
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday,) data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or common analytics tools like Access, SQL, VBA or Tableau
  • Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content development

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
