Position Summary

A Client Success Manager II has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company; 2+ years). Territory includes clients located in South Dakota, North Dakota, New Mexico, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Idaho, and Canada.

Essential Tasks

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between organization and clients
  • Leverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address client’s needs and ROI
  • Client Service training for continuous improvement
  • Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts
  • Integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future sales
  • Collects feedback on how products are meeting the needs of the client and identifying how this can be improved
  • Represent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territory
  • Deeper level of understanding of our 3rd party relationships and opportunities & positioning
  • Travel as necessary to visit clients (~50% travel)
  • Other tasks as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in Higher Education – understand industry
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

The pay range for this position is $50,000-58,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
