We’re looking for a meticulous Client Onboarding Assistant to ensure spotless records, seamless processes, and excellent client experiences. Your eagle eyes and steadfast focus will be the cornerstone of our data integrity. This is a hybrid position that will work in the office 2-3 days per week once training is complete. During the training period, roughly 3 months, you will work in the-office 100% of the time.

The Client Onboarding Assistant ensures the accuracy, input, and management of new client information within a variety of software systems, applications, and tools. Coordinate with team members to receive intake information and collaboration throughout client onboarding.

Some essential job functions are but not limited to:

  • Collect, verify, and input new client information into the CRM database.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered in all applications; Identify and resolve discrepancies in client data.
  • Coordinate with Client Service Coordinator or the engagement team to receive intake information and continue collaboration through completion of client onboarding.
  • Understand and adhere to the company's data entry protocols and standards.
  • Responsible for initial set-up of appropriate software systems, applications, and tools for the new client.
  • Perform regular audits and updates of existing client data to maintain accuracy.
  • Assist in creating reports from database information when necessary.
  • Help with onboarding related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Periodic client email and phone communication, to confirm or clarify provided information.
  • Provides overview of client relationship management system to technical team as needed.

Education:  High school diploma; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.

Experience:  1+ years minimum experience in data input and coordination providing support to multiple constituents. Previous professional services company experience preferred. You must pass a credit check at any time to remain eligible for this position.

Pay Rate Range: $24.63 per hour minimum to $34.48 per hour maximum pay range
