About the Role:

Responsible for ensuring Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner, resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship. Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards. Work with Partner Development Executive to ensure Partners and Clients understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities. Manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a smooth transition to Portfolio. Manage existing Partner generated loans through their life cycle.

What You Will Do:

  • Developing professional expertise, applies company polies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, customers, and experience in own discipline
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Receives moderate level of instruction and guidance for routine work. May receive more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Salary range:  $28.80 hourly – $53.18 hourly

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.  Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
