Job Description
1.Drive regional sales of ultrasound imaging equipment and consistently meet or exceed company sales targets.
2.Build and nurture relationships with key hospitals and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), collaborating with technical teams to address customer needs.
3.Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4.Organize academic product promotions and technical training sessions, offering professional solutions to customers.
5.Support and expand relationships with authorized distributor channels to increase market share.
6.Provide timely feedback on customer requirements, ensure seamless post-sales technical support, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
2.At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in ultrasound imaging equipment.
3.Familiarity with medical equipment procurement processes and bidding protocols, with hospital customer relationships considered a plus.
4.Strong skills in market development, customer relationship management, and business negotiations.
5.Quick to learn and able to grasp the technical features and clinical applications of ultrasound products.
6.Willingness to travel frequently, with a strong team spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure.
