  • Own execution of demand generation campaigns across email, web, and advertising, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
  • Manage audience segmentation and maintain marketing automation workflows to support campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with senior demand generation marketers, product marketing, and creative teams to align campaign messaging and assets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and pipeline numbers.
  • Document and optimize standard operating procedures for campaign setup, reporting, and workflows.
  • Support sales and marketing operations teams to ensure accurate data handoff and smooth lead flow.
  • Identify and propose solutions for marketing operations and campaign performance inefficiencies to streamline the processes and improve results.


  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B or PLG.
  • Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
  • Expertise in email marketing, paid channels, events, and content marketing.
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus
  • Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $105,800 - $141,000
Zone B: $95,200 - $126,900
Zone C: $87,800 - $117,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
