About the Role

We are looking for a capable Business Systems Integrations Developer. You will be presented with a diverse set of challenging projects that help both our internal and external customers have an effortless experience with Tebra. 

This role is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining our Workato instance. Experience in Workato is a strong advantage but experience with Boomi, Mulesoft or Celigo is strongly desired. The main business systems you will be working in are Salesforce, NetSuite and our product backend databases. Experience as a Salesforce or NetSuite developer is a strong advantage. You will be working closely with Business Systems Architects, Team Leads, Project Managers and internal customers. 

Your Area of Focus

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development with 1-2 years dedicated to integration projects, specializing in Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft or Celigo. 
  • Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation. 
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages for complex problem-solving and automation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development with 1-2 years dedicated to integration projects, specializing in Workato. 
  • Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation. 
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages for complex problem-solving and automation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • An individual who is a self-starter and adapts well to change.
  • Someone who is inquisitive, has attention to detail, and a desire to implement best practice solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical peers.
  • Outstanding organization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong skills in facilitation and consensus-building.
  • Experience working in agile development environments with a solid history of successful integration project delivery (preferred). 
  • Relevant certifications such as Workato Certification (preferred) or other integration platform certifications (preferred). 
  • Cloud Familiarity: Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred). 
  • DevOps Understanding: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline setups is a plus.
