What you can expect

As a Senior Anaplan Solution Lead at Zoom, you'll drive enterprise planning automation across Sales, HR, and Finance by designing and optimizing Anaplan models. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate systems, improve forecasting, and streamline planning processes. The role requires expertise in Anaplan, data modeling, and project management, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

About the Team

The Business Applications team at Zoom is a collaborative group focused on driving innovation and efficiency across Sales, HR, and Finance. They design scalable solutions using Anaplan, optimize planning processes, and integrate enterprise systems to support strategic business goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models for Sales, HR, and Finance planning.

• Building scalable, high-performance Anaplan solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Ensuring seamless data integration between Anaplan and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HR, ERP).

• Developing strategies to automate and optimize forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and sales management.

• Collaborating with business leaders to gather requirements and create effective Anaplan models.

• Identifying opportunities for process automation and predictive analytics in Anaplan, staying updated on industry trends.

What we’re looking for

• Hold a BS or MS in Finance, Computer Science, or Economics.

• 5+ years of Anaplan experience, specializing in model building, architecture, and optimization.

• Be Anaplan Certified Model Builder (or higher).

• Experience supporting Sales, HR, or Finance planning processes.

• Have advanced knowledge of data modeling, business planning, and forecasting principles.

• Be proficient in ETL tools, data integration (e.g., Anaplan Hyperconnect, APIs, Mulesoft, Snowflake), and Agile delivery methodologies.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124 000,00

Maximum:

$271 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
