Business Operations Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to own our business and people operations functions. The ideal candidate has exceptional work endurance, embraces working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, and will work across all functions at the company. We’re hiring in SF and NYC but can support remote elsewhere in the US!

We’re looking for evidence of outstanding ability and hustle. Specifically, it helps to have:

• Experience in business ops, people ops, and finance, specifically with tools like Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, and Ashby.

• High integrity and trustworthiness.

• Top-tier attention to detail and organization, even in a fast-moving environment with shifting timelines and priorities.

• Bias for action and low ego — willing to be scrappy and assist across the rest of the company as needed.
