Join our COS Business Management team, where you'll support the Global Head of Client Onboarding & Service (COS) and COS Business Manager. Be a key partner in driving the group's strategic agenda, business strategy, planning, communication, and governance. We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach.
As a Business Manager Senior Associate within the COS team, you will support the Global Head of COS and COS Business Manager by focusing on business governance, strategy, communication, and infrastructure. In this role, you will make an impact by developing high-quality presentations, monitoring performance, engaging in strategic initiatives, and maintaining key organizational documents. Leverage your skills in Payments, Business Management, Project Management, and Business Strategy to drive innovation and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to the success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality presentations to simplify complex ideas for leadership.
- Support the creation of deliverables aligned with COS business strategy.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for executive management reporting.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Manage recurring leadership meetings, coordinating speakers and topics.
- Engage in initiatives related to Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and more.
- Lead collaborative initiatives to improve business processes and foster innovation.
- Provide executive responsiveness to ad-hoc requests, including project management and business analysis.
- Oversee strategic business communications, including Town Halls and announcements.
- Own and maintain key organizational documents, ensuring they are updated.
- Enhance and maintain internal resources using platforms like SharePoint.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Strong execution experience with the ability to meet deadlines and organize complex information.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Data literacy and decision-making skills, leveraging data to support key messages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead meetings and facilitate dialogues.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience with creating wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations.
- Experience with SharePoint and other digital content management tools.
