Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll represent Tibersoft by building valuable relationships with both enterprise clients and strategic technology partners. A natural networker, you’ll engage prospects and foster connections that will help them recognize Tibersoft as a trusted, solution-driven partner. You’ll own the top of the funnel, providing regular sales updates and collaborating closely with the leadership, marketing, and professional services teams to support a seamless client experience and measurable progress with target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and technology partners, positioning Tibersoft as a collaborative ally committed to solving industry-specific challenges. Represent the Tibersoft brand with integrity, professionalism, and a partnership-oriented approach.

Event and Conference Engagement: Attend industry conferences and events across the United States to connect with potential clients and partners, fostering in-person relationships and expanding Tibersoft’s network in the foodservice technology space.

Top-of-Funnel Ownership: Take accountability for managing the top of the sales funnel by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging target accounts, and generating interest in Tibersoft’s solutions. Provide weekly sales updates to track progress and communicate wins and insights with the broader team.

Client and Partner Discovery: Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients and partners to assess their needs, position Tibersoft’s solutions as relevant to their goals, and drive interest in further engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to optimize outreach, personalize messaging, and ensure alignment across campaigns. Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless hand-offs.

CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions, track engagement, and ensure visibility of the prospect pipeline. Provide regular reports and insights to help guide outreach strategies.

Industry Knowledge and Brand Advocacy: Stay informed on foodservice industry trends and challenges, continually advocating for Tibersoft as a knowledgeable, trusted industry partner.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for experience within the foodservice, hospitality, or technology sectors. Familiarity with enterprise clients and technology partnerships is an advantage.

Relationship-Driven Approach: A natural relationship builder with a commitment to establishing long-term, trust-based connections with clients and partners.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a consultative approach to addressing prospect needs.

Event and Networking Enthusiasm: A willingness to attend in-person events and conferences, building connections and representing Tibersoft in the market.

Collaborative and Detail-Oriented: Experience with CRM systems and a strong inclination to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and professional services.

Growth-Minded: Ambitious, with a keen interest in developing a career within the foodservice technology industry and a potential pathway into sales leadership.

Proactive and Industry-Aligned: An informed professional, curious to learn more about industry trends and challenges, with a drive to meaningfully connect Tibersoft’s solutions to client needs.
