DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Classification of Target Markets and penetration strategies
- Identification and analysis of the Company’s Competitor’s.
- Management of strategic relationships to insure ongoing synergy and optimization for the Company.
- Develop a thorough account plan and sales strategy – Territory Plan.
- New Business Development with Customers.
- Broaden and advance creations’ relationship with the customer.
- Ensure high degree of Customer Value and drive ongoing improvements.
- Position Creation as the “value added” solution provider of choice with the customer’s senior management.
- Assist in the launch of new customers into Creation global manufacturing sites
- Define and lead sales strategy through proposal development, validating, and securing of new customers.
- Quoting of new products and re-quoting of existing products.
- Lead and manage REP partnership to augment engagement network within the territory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Require at least 5 years in contract manufacturing (Manufacturing and Business Management) or related field.
- Require at least 3 years in a leadership role (i.e., budgets, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical or related field.
- Focus on customer service as a top priority in a professional manner, with the ability to build and manage relationships in order to deliver business results that meet customer needs.
- Proven successful track record in the following:
- Account Planning – the ability to develop a strategic account plan to achieve the planned objectives in line with the company strategic plans; defines intermediate goals and contingencies.
- Technological Proficiency – the ability to understand and apply manufacturing technology/solutions to provide Creation customers with competitive advantage.
- Strong presentation, excellent written and verbal communications, negotiating, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Motivated Self Starter able to work remote and travel.
- Ability to research and resolve problems while and working in a fast paced and team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. Proven CRM experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with ISO standards 9001/2000, 13485, AS9100 is a plus
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $165k-$185k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
