As a Business Analysis Associate I in Online Strategies, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online segment's performance and transform both customer and specialist experiences. You will be responsible for creating presentations, conducting business reviews, and managing online escalations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to online performance and management strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed transforming the Online segment for the future
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of online strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage the escalations, complaints analysis and exceptions demand coming into the group to resolve issue and identify trends using root cause analysis
- Collaborate with the team to develop best practices and identify tactical and/or strategic opportunities
- Answer complex inquiries, provide information, consult with internal customers and cross-functional teams
- Share information, concepts and opinions with others that result in clear understanding and desired outcome
- Develop high quality business presentations that crisply communicate to senior leaders
- Leverage partnership skills and forms lasting, positive working relationships to support working closely with multiple senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with strong interpersonal skills at both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics
- 3+ years of Operations experience
- Discipline to work both independently and within a cooperative team environment
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage to stringent time lines
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills with experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to develop well-reasoned recommendations
- Strong business judgement and ability to appropriately escalate as needed
- Aptitude to communicate effectively to and influence all levels within an organization
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday in office - Hours of operations 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
