The Role

The Junior Account Manager at Solera will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships and supporting the global organization's market expansion efforts. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Junior Account Manager will contribute to the company's high growth trajectory by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting Solera's groundbreaking products and solutions to a diverse international market. What You’ll Do

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs and inquiries in the global market.

Identify and seize new business opportunities, strategically upselling and cross-selling Solera's cutting-edge products and solutions to existing clients across different regions.

Conduct regular client meetings, training and product demonstrations to deeply understand client requirements and effectively showcase Solera's transformative offerings in the international market.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions on a global scale.

Meticulously track sales activities and maintain up-to-date records utilizing advanced CRM systems for global account management.

Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics on a global scale to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities across different markets.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or business development in a global organization.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effortlessly build rapport and establish trust with clients across different markets and cultures.

Strong negotiation and sales skills, coupled with an unwavering customer-centric approach in a global market context.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, displaying an innate drive to work independently and consistently meet and exceed deadlines in a global setting.

Advanced understanding of the automotive and/or repair industries is a significant advantage in the global market.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced CRM systems for global account management.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, proficiency in French or any additional languages is a plus.
