Meet the team:

Joining the Product & Channel Marketing team, you will lead the Global Brand Strategy team and support the development of our product portfolio across geographies. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will own the portfolio marketing strategy and drive alignment across products and geographies, acting as the main point of contact for the global product team and regional commercial teams (APAC, Canada, EMEA & US) and driving cross-functional collaboration through market access, evidence planning, competitive intelligence and evidence planning.

Where you come in:

  • You will partner with the Product Management leads to support long-term and short-term strategic product development plans and roadmaps. Support global and regional leadership assessment of feature potential: identify, evaluate and champion.

  • You will own the portfolio positioning and the portfolio brand architecture, ensure consistency and coherency across brands, sub-brands and across geographies.

  • You will define Go-to-Market strategy for new products or core features, working closely with the regional leads, from the initial competitive assessment down to the evidence planning and messaging strategy.

  • You will manage B2B relationships with global partners Dexcom integrates with. Co-lead GTM strategy for key joint launches.

  • You will collaborate with evidence planning, clinical, medical and market research to define the most efficient and compelling research plan to support future product and feature launches. 

  • You will partner with competitive intelligence and business development, build a steady pipeline of competitive insights and trainings, that can support regional and local marketing planning.

  • Working closely with your Brand Activation counterpart and activating a cross-functional team effort, you will drive the yearly global brand planning exercise. Support the regions as they define their brand plan, ensure their needs are met.

  • You will manage a team of three brand managers overseeing the different product verticals.

What makes you successful:

  • You have built a product line from the ground up in one of your past experiences.

  • You have strong analytical and strategy skills. Strategic planning background or consulting background would be a plus.

  • You have significant international experiences and can share examples of international projects where you had a direct impact.

  • You are a passionate team player, comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams across 3 continents.

  • You have supported C-suite executives. You have strong presentation skills, written and oral.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience.

  • 5-8 years of previous people management experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
