The Brand Operations Manager will serve as the operational powerhouse of the brand team. They will execute across key brand initiatives like our ambassador program, organic gifting program and other key brand projects, ensuring seamless coordination and project management. The person who fills this role thrives by turning ideas into action, building scalable processes and driving key initiatives for a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage an ambassador program that builds brand awareness, advocacy and customer engagement. 
  • Develop and execute an organic gifting program, including sourcing, outreach and performance tracking. 
  • Stand up brand influencer campaigns focused on key content themes and narrative storytelling, ensuring content adheres to the brief, brand guidelines and established KPIs.
  • Act as external facing contact for all brand ambassadors and influencers - building relationships, troubleshooting issues and ensuring clear communication. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to keep programs running efficiently. 
  • Create clear timelines, workflows and reporting cadence for all key initiatives. 
  • Work with members of the brand, growth and creative team to amplify ambassador, gifting and influencer content across channels.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years experience in a brand operations, manager or marketing role. 
  • Experience leading a prior ambassador program is a must. 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills. 
  • A doer mentality – someone who is proactive, resourceful and thrives on execution. 
  • Interest and experience in the parenting space is a plus!

  • Built a best-in-class ambassador program from the ground up, continually thinking of new ways to engage everyone in the program and drive mutual value. 
  • Transformed a scrappy brand initiative into a well-oiled, repeatable process that saved time and increased efficiency.
  • Optimized a gifting program by introducing better tracking, follow-ups, and performance measurement.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-130K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-130K based on experience.
