We are searching for a Billing and Support Assistant to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft and send work orders and account change documentation to existing customers.
  • Monitor email and voicemail.
  • Enter Support Tickets for existing customers.
  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate team members.
  • Resolve basic billing questions and customer care inquiries from existing customers.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
  • General administrative and internal support duties.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of web-based software applications (SaaS).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing software.
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and customers of all personality types.
  • Experience in a customer success role is a plus.
  • Ability to stay focused and positive in a high energy environment.
