Recruiting is paramount to the success of Kraft Heinz. Leaders look to our global Talent Acquisition team to influence talent strategy, optimize the recruiting process, and enable the business to make the best hiring decisions. In this role as Associate TA Director, you will drive the full TA lifecycle - pioneering strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with our business goals.
What's on the menu?
Full-life Cycle Recruitment : From scoping new roles to sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers, while maintaining a hands-on approach to recruitment. Define role profiles in collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Spike the Pipeline: Proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities. Develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep up-to-date on emerging TA trends.
Foster Strategic Partnerships : Build strong relationships with executives, HRBP, and other stakeholders, including Global Talent, to co-create and support recruiting strategies that address evolving talent needs.
Lead From the Front : Develop and lead a recruitment team focused on quality, insight, delivery, speed, diversity, and advisory capabilities while reducing the dependency on external consulting partners. Hold teams accountable to KPIs while developing strategies to exceed goals.
Drive Innovation: Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that integrates cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience

- I have 8+ years of recruiting experience and 3+ years' experience managing, engaging and developing global Talent Acquisition teams.
- I can create comprehensive recruiting strategies and appropriately influence hiring managers in making sound hiring decisions.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging talent acquisition trends and demonstrated experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and technologies.

- I have worked across cultures with local teams and created globally scalable solutions with regional relevance.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159,400.00 - $199,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
