Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for systems and a passion for quality? 

Join our team as an Associate Quality Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing Iron Mountain’s ALM quality and compliance management systems. 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise while interpreting and implementing InfoSec, Environmental Health & Safety, and industry-specific standards. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support third party, and customer audits by performing audit readiness, gathering audit evidence, recognizing audit risks, and assisting in gap remediation
  • Performing administrative support of the overall Quality/Compliance program by updating risk register, reporting on control assessments, developing internal documentation, maintaining document repository, preparing gap analysis, updating policy documentation, internal audit and CAPA management, facilitation of applicable processes for management of change (MOC) and responding to internal and external requests for information
  • Management of the QMS system and associated processes such as document and record controls, MOC, CAPA, Internal audit records, KPI reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate with the quality and compliance teams and other internal teams in order to ensure risk-based controls are evaluated when new systems, processes, or procedures are being deployed
  • Support internal and external audits, as needed
  • Learn, and maintain working knowledge of information security, risk, quality and compliance frameworks such as: ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, R2, NAID, and other Iso standard as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • High-level of resourcefulness and initiative, positive outlook, and a self-starter with a go-getter attitude; enthusiastic on learning sometimes complex concepts in a fast paced, global environment with projects that can sometimes occur during non-traditional hours
  • Ability and motivation to take ownership of projects and initiatives, hard-working, and determined to execute maximum customer satisfaction
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a quality and EHS management systems administration and team support within projects. 
  • Exceptional technical writing, listening, and communicative skills; ability to comprehend and retain large amounts of information, articulate sometimes abstract ideas and control objectives effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and ethical decision-making capability
  • Ability to work autonomously and have the ability to effectively share ideas and solutions with a diverse group of people and build strong working relationships
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities and meet difficult deadlines, while furthering knowledge of compliance frameworks and information security topics
  • Proficiency with QMS and EHS software platforms (ETQ, Momentum QMS, Velocity EHS, etc.)
  • Proficiency with common office tools (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, GSuite, etc.)


Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets. These include hard drives, servers, laptops, tablets, and network devices that contain customer or organizational data that needs utmost safeguarding when they reach their end of useful life.

In the process, ALM takes IT assets to sanitize, clean, and remove the data and recycle or repurpose in a sustainable and environmentally sound way.
