Duties:  

As part of the DevOps team, will develop tools that accelerate development, testing, and deployment of applications, as well as establish standards and best practices for the development community. Develop analysis tools for debugging and supporting applications in test and production environments. Develop tools to make it easier for teams to deploy their applications to environments outside of development. Work with development, platform automation, and security teams to build automation, establish standards and best practices that need to be solved enterprise-wide. Lead peer program with development teams to show them what looks good for their CI/CD pipelines and help teach them how to implement standards and best practices. Perform thorough code-reviews based on high engineering standards. Write unit and integration tests based on chosen DevOps frameworks. Troubleshoot environments as problems arise, test fixes, and perform follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved. Design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, integrate Terraform with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub to automate the deployment and management of the Hygiea dashboard infrastructure, and set up Jenkins server to provide continuous automated builds based on Git source control systems. Build and maintain a robust S3 Viewer application using Python Flask and deploy using Kubernetes cluster to ensure seamless integration with AWS S3. Implement role based access control roles in ForgeRock for user authentication and authorization mechanisms. Education & Experience Required:  

 Bachelor’s degree in CS, information assurance or related and five (5) years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, cloud engineer or related.

Special Skills Required:    

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, integrate Terraform with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub to automate the deployment and management of the Hygiea dashboard infrastructure, and set up Jenkins server to provide continuous automated builds based on Git source control systems; 2) Build and maintain a robust S3 Viewer application using Python Flask and deploy using Kubernetes cluster to ensure seamless integration with AWS S3; and 3) Implement role based access control roles in ForgeRock for user authentication and authorization mechanisms. $149,781-$158,100

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
