We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our Player Engagement team as an Associate Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to our Manager, Digital & Channel Marketing, you will work cross functionally and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of marketing communications across social media, email, push notifications, and desktop app notifications. This team is super intelligent, supportive, and loves to have fun!
If you’re an all-star collaborator, a grace under pressure, and have the ability to switch gears in real time this is the role for you. You will be supporting the Player Engagement team with your solid common sense and great sense of humor!
Your Mission
● Own desktop app notifications marketing channel including setup, planning, strategy, testing and reporting
● Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as engagement and revenue, using insights to continuously improve results.
● Support push notification marketing manager by setting up campaigns, testing links, and acting as back-up for channel by helping with day-to-day operations
● Manage marketing calendar and create links & campaign IDs for marketing campaigns
● Collaborate with marketing, copy, and art teams to create sale and promotional copy and art tickets
● Coordinate with social media manager to support accounts by monitoring comment feeds, responding to and clearing comments in a timely manner 2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month
● Support the day-to-day management of social media channels by auditing campaign setup and testing links
● Manage the in-game messaging for first time payer offers including A/B testing and reporting
Your XP, Badges and Skill Tree
● 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media (internships count!)
● Impeccable attention to detail
● Basic data analysis and data entry
● Strong ability to foster collaboration with colleagues across various functions to achieve common goals
● Demonstrated expertise in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and independently while meeting deadlines
● Proactive and self-motivated in a hybrid work setting
Other Superpowers and Abilities
● Experience with Sprout Social
● Experience with email and/or push marketing
● A/B testing experience
The Payout
DoubleDown’s starting salary range for this role is $63,000 – $81,000, plus short term incentives with the opportunity to grow up to $100,000 in annual salary. Any final compensation will be offered in alignment with the position leveling and range, considering the candidate’s specific skills, qualifications & experiences.
