Job Description:

We're searching for an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to join our team for a national telecommunications company. You'll be partnered with and ACD, Copywriter to straddle the line of manager and doer, with an emphasis on hands on art direction for social — both overseeing teams to push the day-to-day paid and organic social work but also concepting and creating larger earned-first campaigns. You will travel monthly throughout the US for productions, and art direct social content with our client's multiple partnerships with music festivals, Formula One racing, PGA, sports events, McLaren, celebrities and musicians.

We're looking for talent that has a deep experience with people and how they behave on the internet. You'll need to connect our brands to culture and have experience in consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.

Things we're looking for in candidates:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Examples of earned-first, conceptual thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
  • We move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you creating strong relationships with our clients.
  • We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability
  • Located in PST/West Coast time zone for collaboration with our Seattle-based client

Things this job is NOT:

  • A social post factory.
  • Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project.

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
