Job Description
Creative, detail-oriented leader to support a wide array of company events. This role is responsible for strategy, planning, coordinating, and executing logistical aspects of a branded experience from conception to completion. This includes managing timelines, budgets, Arity relevant content and programming, logistics, and communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual Arity experiences designed to engage internal and external audiences. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging Arity channel owners to maximize event impact, and post-event analysis. It also involves frequent travel.
The Experiences Leader will report to the Arity Brand Reputation Team PR Manager, and work with cross -functional internal teams and stakeholders, including the Employee Relations Manager, to meet the objectives and ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees. The Arity Experiences + Events Leader plays a crucial role enhancing brand visibility, fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships, and driving sales and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy + Planning

  • Lead the strategic planning and creative development of a diverse range of events, including paid industry tradeshows (LeadsCon, ITC Vegas, Possible, etc.), Arity Insights, Arity Sales Roadshows, and internal Leadership-driven forums (Arity Business Connect, Sales Kickoffs and Training, Marketing Team Offsites), with the goal of helping drive business results.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tradeshow and Arity event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify new tradeshows, conferences, and events that align with company objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage the annual events calendar and budget, ensuring all events deliver ROI.
  • Conduct pre-event research to identify trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for differentiation.


Execution of Events + Experiences

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define event objectives and outcomes that align with Arity's business growth and brand vision.
  • Development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with event experience plan.
  • Lead cross-functional event teams to brainstorm and create impactful experiential activations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of the experience, including venue setup, AV equipment, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.


Content, Event Promotion, and Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify and develop Arity content and programming to showcase at events and experiences.
  • Work closely with the Arity Integrated Marketing Manager to create cohesive event promotion strategies and plans with overall brand messaging and digital objectives.
  • Coordinate with Arity content channel owners to ensure timely execution of content and deliverables noted in event and experience integrated campaign plans.


Post-Event Evaluation

  • Gather feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders to assess event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Prepare detailed debriefs summarizing successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use analytics to refine future event strategies and maximize impact.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in tradeshow and event management, with a track record of successful execution
  • Excellent data-first skills across tracking, measurement and analytics to deliver ROI, insights and strategy recommendations
  • Experience building and monitoring dashboards that demonstrate ROI and business impact
  • Experience developing and managing event strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
