The Role
As an Application Manager (Sr. BSA) on the Cash Applications Team, you will enhance the work experience for our advocates and leadership by delivering reliable, scalable solutions that reduce the burden of work for our employees.
Our team is a part of Cash Customer Operations (CCO) and is composed of skilled analysts dedicated to advancing system enablement, maturity, and performance.
You will be instrumental in streamlining operations, optimizing complex business solutions, and maximizing the potential of tooling across our organization.
You Will

    • Lead system and feature evaluations, implementations, and integrations to streamline operations, establish, and maintain interoperability across internal/external platforms.
    • Independently analyze & scope complex CCO business and technical challenges, managing technical delivery of mission-critical platform changes.
    • Develop and manage product roadmaps to align with business objectives and drive strategic initiatives across internal & external partnerships.
    • Design and maintain information architecture to optimize system scalability, tooling & automation, and data integrity of external systems.
    • Build or Enhance Systems and Features to maximize the value of Application's System Portfolio across our organization.
    • Manage the definition and execution of the testing process for system changes and ensure change readiness before updates to production environments.
    • Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across key technical partnerships.
    • Establish & maintain value generation & process improvement metrics part of release management and annual reporting.
    • Work closely with Stakeholders and Technical Partners to scope and propose optimal technology solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize work effectively.
    • Define and manage API solutions for effective integration with technical partners.
    • Ensure in-system data integrity and facilitate integration into Snowflake/Looker with data partners.
    • Conduct security data level assessments and address security exceptions to maintain compliance.
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure roadmap success, system performance and quality support services.
    • Create and maintain essential documentation for system architecture, critical workflows, and training.


You Have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-class systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tools like SQL.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques, tooling, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of process analysis, optimization, and automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex efforts and adapt to changes.
  • High attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments is preferred.
