Summary

The Analyst Sr Default Rlnshp will provide leadership and guidance in support of vendor relationship (Rlnshp) management activities for the Default Services department and will be required to develop and maintain reporting to monitor the success of vendors managed. Will directly manage relationships with third party vendors, be single point of contact in Default for vendors, troubleshoot issues, and monitor and report on vendor performance. Will be expected to assist in departmental process improvements and initiatives to meet goals and for the betterment of vendor performance.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - TOP 10 (Also, reference workplace conditions.)

1. Strategic support to the department, as it relates to the management of vendor relationships -- Point of contact within Freedom Default for vendors supporting default processes.

2. Analytical support to the department through the development of reporting used to monitor and report on vendor performance -- report into VP on performance concerns or other matters requiring resolution.

3. Production of regular vendor-related reporting to senior and/or executive management in addition to production and review of data used in vendor scorecards.

4. Implement process improvements in partnership with the Default lines of business and vendors.

5. Ensure compliance to executed vendor agreements and contractual SLAs.

6. Conduct or participate in regular meetings with vendors utilized by Freedom Default.

7. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Education

High School Graduate/GED: Required

Bachelor’s Degree: Required

Related Work Experience

5-8 Years: Required

8+ Years: Preferred
