Responsibilities; 

  • The Finance Operations Warehouse & Forward Flow Reporting Analyst supports the Finance Operations team by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports to meet monthly deadlines, and assisting other departments within the finance team.
  • Produces monthly loan tapes, and reviews them for accuracy.
  • Prepares the individual warehouses’ monthly servicer reports, compliance certificates, and other reports to all related parties.
  • Prepares the forward flow deal’s monthly servicer reports, compliance certificates, and other reports to all related parties.
  • Serves as a liaison to the Capital Markets department to assist with the production, analysis, and review of warehouse and forward flow MSRs and compliance certificates. 
  • Supports the Finance Operations Warehouse Reporting Manager on preparation of reporting needs for new initiatives and warehouses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1 year in any combination of the following: accounting, finance, data, loan servicing, other reconciliation roles.
  • Advanced knowledge in excel.
  • 1 years experience querying in databases. Existing SQL & Athena skills preferred.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $58,000 to $80,000.  Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity.  In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
