MAIN DUTIES

-Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question.

-Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.

-Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.


Project Details


Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: Minimum of 1 hour/day, Maximum 4 hours/day - 3 days a week. You won't work during weekends.

This is a freelance opportunity; the workload is based on project needs. Weekly hours may vary.

Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

Location: Remote

Language: Japanese

Pay Rate: Based on tasks completed (Approximately $16/hour)

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Japanese
  • Must be located in the United States and have lived in the United States for 5 years or less
  • Closely connected to Japanese culture, trends, social media, etc
  • Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
  • Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate with our team
  • You can dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably previous experience in the e-commerce field
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
  • Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work
