Job Duties and Responsibilities
The AEM Content Author position at DISH Network involves creating, updating, and publishing web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager for eCommerce websites and customer apps. This role is crucial for the Product Marketing Operations team, which aims to develop a sophisticated digital marketplace for Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, effective communication, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on designs and wireframes
  • Work in a cross-channel environment publishing content for desktop/laptop and mobile devices
  • Manage copy and creative assets via Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
  • Evaluate and test standardization and quality of page components
  • Ensure professional-quality content for customer and vendor portals, responsive websites, mobile apps, and marketing pages
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the marketing team to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging
  • Edit various digital content including marketing pages, informational content, and FAQs


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content admin/content author


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience authoring content for enterprise websites
  • Experience with Adobe CMS content authoring and design/prototyping software


Nice-to-haves:

  • Past wireless and/or digital marketing/eCommerce experience

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
