Overview

About the role - As an Ad Solutions Manager for Sponsored Products, you will play a central role in activating and driving the commercialization of our ad solutions in the market.  You’ll partner deeply with cross functional teams to deliver on goals, land our go to market strategies with strategic clients, and land and expand our solutions with advertisers.   You will use your understanding of advertiser behaviors and goals to inform how we position our solutions with customers in collaboration with cross functional teams.  You'll then directly test these strategies in the market in partnership with our ad sales team.  There are no direct reports planned for this role.



About the Team - At Instacart our Ads team's mission is to connect consumers with brands that will believe in the power of advertising to drive significant results for brands, consumers, and partners alike.  As an Ad Solutions Manager you will take a lead role in driving advertiser value, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately contributing to Instacart’s growth and success.



About the Job

  • Deliver on product adoption and revenue goals for sponsored product initiatives
  • Leverage deep understanding of our ads technology, competitor capabilities, and industry trends in retail media and e-commerce to execute on the GTM strategy in partnership with product, product marketing, and enablement
  • Activate the go-to-market strategy with customers in partnership with sales
  • Provide solution feedback to marketing and product managers to help shape narratives, product positioning, and future product road map


About You 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience working in eCommerce or retail media account/partner management, sales, or solutions consulting
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience with any of the following ecommerce platforms: Pacvue, Flywheel, Skai, or a similar technology
  • Broad knowledge of search, e-commerce, and retail media measurement and metrics
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex concepts like algorithmic bidding strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience partnering with large Fortune 100 companies
