Salary Range:
$62,000 USD - $70,000 USD

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant you will perform various administrative duties to include extensive-high level client service for Seattle Investment Division associates, with exposure to limited project management.  A key component of the Business Administration Team is a continued focus on analyzing all functions for process improvement, service enhancement, quality and efficiency. We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about supporting and partnering with their clients to manage priorities and drive business unit goals. Candidate will be working out of the Seattle, WA location.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, professional, pro-active administrative support

  • Calendar management, meeting logistics – agendas, conference room set-up/clean-up, catering orders, A/V requirements, recordings, client reservations, transportation, etc.

  • Arrange complex global travel including itineraries, meeting agendas and materials

  • Prepare and process travel/corporate expenses with multiple currencies

  • Effectively manage a variety of special projects

  • Prepare documents and presentation materials while editing for correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and format.

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings/events (both internally and off-site) from inception to completion using all available resources

  • Business Administration team backup & support

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients and team members

  • Work in partnership with the administrative team to identify, create and streamline processes/policies

  • Proactively prioritize and facilitate your own workload/daily calendar

Your Expertise:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree/or college courses and investment industry experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong MS Office Suite skill set

  • Proficiency in technologies and programs such as OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Skype, Zoom, Video Conferencing, mobile devices, and mobile applications.

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic individual, with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills

  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced priority driven environment

  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Project management skills including managing multiple and conflicting deadlines and coordinating delivery directly with clients

  • High level of professionalism; confidentiality, discretion, and judgment; personable, approachable and courteous

  • Strong attention to detail; meticulous attention to quality of work product

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level client service

*This position is eligible for overtime pay
