The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks including records management, customer and supplier service, and departmental routines, while pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing administrative tasks related to records, controls, conferences, customer and supplier service, as well as other department routines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
• Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs, (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
