Job Description

We are looking for a Software Licenses and Accounts Manager who has exceptional detail orientation and analytical skills to join us in our mission. The ideal candidate will have experience working in data entry and management, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to managers. Because of the collaborative nature of this role, the software licenses and accounts manager should also have superior written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking a focused professional who can handle any situation and provide high-quality results with quick turnaround. In addition, the Accounts Manager will be required to:
• Maintain ongoing record of end users for provisioning of software licenses• Work directly with software vendors to receive, process, and provision software licenses to end users.• Conduct standard audits to ensure provisioned licenses are with active users• Work closely with government leadership to understand license and mission requirements for users.• Work closely with training team to track training certifications for license provisioning• Work with Development team to maintain account databases.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree desired (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, or Business)
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience
  • Experience with Database use, languages and/or development


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Data Entry and Management experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
