Maintain meticulous tracking and provision of campaign updates at every stage of the engagement, ensuring clients are consistently informed and empowered to make informed decisions.

  • Engage directly with influencers to co-create compelling, genuine content that authentically represents brand narratives and resonates with audience sentiments.
  • Effectively work within account budget parameters. Demonstrate a solid understanding of budget parameters and ability to handle day-to-day budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brands across a variety of verticals.
  • Lead and support the development of impactful client presentations, leveraging keen insights and persuasive communication to articulate program strategies and outcomes.
  • Day-to-day client leader, with oversight from the Account Director and senior management.
  • Oversee all influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform(s).

  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of agency processes and methodologies, leveraging your expertise to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall quality of client deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
  • Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments.
  • Experience working with clients in the travel and hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape.
  • Ability to manage a vast volume of influencers at any one time and multifaceted projects flawlessly.
  • Experience in deep cross-functional collaboration; ability to effectively project manage complex socially-led programs to success.
  • Proven record of being adaptable to a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
