As an Account Manager focused on marketing services for BridalLive customers, you will play a key role in driving revenue by selling our marketing solutions to existing clients. This quota-based role is centered on identifying opportunities to enhance our clients' marketing strategies and upselling services that align with their business goals. You will engage with BridalLive retailers, helping them leverage our comprehensive marketing services to increase their visibility, attract more customers, and drive bookings.

This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Actively promote and sell BridalLive’s marketing services to existing customers.
    • Conduct consultative sales discussions to identify client needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by effectively upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Client Engagement & Strategy
    • Maintain ongoing client communication via email, phone, and video calls to discuss marketing performance and opportunities.
    • Educate clients on their marketing dashboards and campaign analytics, helping them understand key performance metrics.
    • Present new marketing service offerings to drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and upsell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and maximize client ROI.
    • Provide strategic recommendations on SEO, paid advertising, and reputation management to enhance visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination
    • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth service delivery.
    • Partner with marketing specialists to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
       

Skills & Competencies:

  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to proactively sell marketing services and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and persuade clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term value.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client communications, sales efforts, and campaign follow-ups.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in marketing services, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Background in digital marketing, paid advertising, or SEO is a plus.
     

Location: Remote – Open to candidates anywhere in the US.
